MilledForestHow the planner works

Free page · no email asked

An undated habit tracker you can print tonight.

One sheet, 8 habit lines, 31 numbered steps, and no calendar dates. Start whenever you want and leave any box blank. Download the PDF without an account or email. Print it as often as you like.

The PDF and printable preview contain the same sheet. Preview scrolls sideways on small screens. Nothing needs filling in online.

How to use it

  1. 1Write something you want to notice on a line. Use 1 line or all 8; neither is required.
  2. 2Use the numbers as days or occasions. Box 1 can be any day; the sheet does not follow a calendar.
  3. 3Tick, shade, or leave a box blank. Keep this sheet when you return, or print a fresh one.

Printing your sheet

The download is a 1-page PDF, sized for US Letter in landscape orientation. Open it in your PDF viewer and choose landscape when printing. For A4 paper, choose “Fit to page” so the outside boxes stay inside the margins.

You can also print this preview using the button above. In your browser’s print settings, turn off headers and footers to keep the web address off your paper. The preview prints only the sheet, not these instructions or the navigation.

A few ways to make it yours

A line might hold “water my plants”, “read a page”, or something you want to remember. You can use a mark to notice an occasion, rather than measure a goal. The boxes are a place to record something, not a promise to fill every space.

There is no total, score, or required starting date. If a line stops being useful, leave it alone and write something else on your next sheet. Your earlier marks can stay where they are. Nothing on this page asks you to catch up.

This page is for personal planning, not medical advice or treatment. Your downloaded copy works offline, and you can save it for another day.
